Stud Bolt

Stud bolts serve a key purpose in industrial fastening; in fact, it is mainly developed for high pressure and temperature environments to provide long-lasting connections. Unlike the common bolts that normally have only one end threaded, the stud bolts are threaded through their whole length, thus allowing two ends nut-tightening. Maximum clamping can be thus achieved with both ends. We provide our stud bolts in many applications in industries like oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and construction. Stud Bolts are mainly manufactured using strong materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. The properties of stud bolts make them very resistant to corrosion and wear and are ideal for extreme conditions. They also boast very strong fastenings, thus making them appropriate for applications in piping systems, flanges, pressure vessels, and structural assemblies. The coatings, and type of materials including galvanization and PTFE coatings, enhance their performance and longevity in tough environments.

There are stud bolts of varying sizes and grades available. These satisfy site-specific project requirements. Most of the stud bolts are used along with washers and nuts for even distribution of torque and coupling tightness. For achieving maximum performance and prevention of joint failure, an effective installation and torque application must be performed on stud bolts. Heavy, pipelines, or high-pressure systems can be assembled or joined using stud bolts for strength, exactitude, and longevity in critical fastening places. Their versatility and reliability make them a universal engineering solution for all business activities.
