SUPER DUPLEX FASTENERS

Super Duplex Fasteners

The advanced connection is high strength, and corrosion resistant made of super duplex fasteners. They are generally found in bolt-to-bolt applications within the critical oil and gas branch segments such as chemical processing, marine, or offshore industries, where there is the most extreme requirement needing failure-proof solutions. The material of the super duplex fasteners has greater resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It is characterized by the peculiar material and balanced microstructures, which are of austenitic and ferritic phases. Thus, they made these fasteners suitable, especially in high-salinity corrosive environments with aggressive chemicals at high temperatures, because of construction.

Super duplex fasteners exist in different forms such as bolts, nuts, washers, screws, and studs. Most popular grades like Super Duplex 2507 and Zeron 100 comprise fabricated fasteners that are designed for high-pressure applications while ensuring excellent mechanical properties that assure reliability in highly demanding applications like subsea pipelines, heat exchangers, and desalination plant installations. Super duplex fasteners and their specific properties are highly corrosion resistant and also high tensile and yield strength fasteners. These fasteners can withstand very large loads without trouble. Their longevity reduces the frequency of replacement, giving them even more cost savings in safety-critical operations.  Super duplex fasteners produced in various sizes, threads, and finishes meet numerous industrial applications. Super duplex fasteners, therefore, would be the ideal performers for such applications, combining all performance and efficacy characteristics.
