STUD BOLTS

Stud bolts play an important role in industrial fastening; in actuality, it is primarily developed to withstand pressures and high levels of temperature as a means of achieving lasting connections. As opposed to the usual bolts that are only threaded on one side, the stud bolts are threaded along their entire length, hence being able to nut-tighten at both ends. The two ends can therefore clamp maximally. We sell our stud bolts in application areas such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and construction. The Stud Bolts are predominately produced out of tough materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel as well as alloy steel. The characteristics of stud belts allow them to resist serious wear and corrosion well and should be used in extreme environments. They also possess high strength fastenings, therefore, making them well fit to use in piping, flanges, pressure vessels or even structural assemblies. Additional protection against corrosion and abrasion provided by their coatings and choice of materials (galvanization and PTFE coatings) extend the life of their performance and use in harsh conditions.
